Planning Scheme Amendments - C97 Nyora 'General Residential Zone 1' rezoning

Amendment C97 rezones land in Nyora from the Farming Zone to the General Residential Zone 1. Note: The Minister for Planning approved Amendment C97 on 16 June 2016. The land that has been approved by the Minister for Planning for rezoning can be seen here. All of the Ministerial approved amendment documentation can be seen here.

The land affected by the amendment (as exhibited) was 379 Lang Lang Poowong Road (Lot 12 LP148069), 30 Glovers Road (Lot 2 LP213970) and 951 Yannathan Road (Lot 1 LP213970) Nyora. Please note that only part of the land exhibited for rezoning has now been rezoned. The approved rezoning area is approximately 50ha.


 

The submission period is closed. The Minister for Planning has approved the amendment.
