Population 2016

Recent rezoning of land for residential development in Nyora coupled with its location adjacent to Melbourne's fastest growing Eastern suburbs will see greater growth than previously experienced.

The percentage growth in Nyora, Poowong, Loch and district is forecast as equivalent to Leongatha, South Gippsland's largest town for the next 20 years.
