121 Jumbunna Road Korumburra - Development Plan

Council has received a request from the owner of 121 Jumbunna Road Korumburra to approve a Development Plan for the subject land that will allow its subdivision into 104 lots.

The Development Plan proposes the creation of 84 residential lots across the land. The Development Plan was submitted in response to the requirements of Development Plan Overlay Schedule 7 'Jumbunna Road Residential Area DPO7’ which is an existing provision of the South Gippsland Planning Scheme. Council must satisfy itself that the Development Plan submitted satisfies the requirements of the DPO7 before it will be approved by Council.

If Council approves the Development Plan, Council can then approve a planning permit for the subdivision of the land without any further exhibition or consultation.

Council will not make a decision on the Development Plan before 5.00pm on Friday 27 July 2018. Submissions to the Development Plan must be received by Council prior to this date.

Submissions must be made in writing and addressed to Paul Stampton, Manager Planning, South Gippsland Shire Council, Private Bag 4 Leongatha 3953. Email submissions can be made to council@southgippsland.vic.gov.au. Submissions must clearly note reference to ‘Development Plan – 121 Jumbunna Road Korumburra’.

Submissions are public documents and can be copied and distributed without the consent of the author as part of the planning process.
