Single rating of adjoining land

If you own more than one property and the boundaries of your properties are adjoining, you may be entitled to have all of your adjoining properties valued as one property.

Please complete, sign and return the Application to Contiguously Rate Adjoining Land or alternatively contact Council's Rates & Valuations Office to further discuss your property situation on 03 5662 9200.
