Land Information Certificate

Property Information is subject to the Victorian Privacy Act and the South Gippsland Shire Council Privacy Statement.  Information is not given to the general public for sale or lease purposes. Information (name and address) is only provided to adjoining owners for the purpose of fencing or other reasons that affect the requesting person's property.

A Rates - Land Information Certificate (fee of $28.90) must be completed, signed and submitted to Council to access this information. They can also be made using Landata or SAI Global.

Please note that Rate and Property information is not deemed to be a Public Record and is not deemed to be Information Available for Public Inspection under the Local Government Regulations 2004. Council is under no obligation to disclose rate and property information, except on official certificates.
