The Bena Road Development Plan was adopted by Council at Ordinary Meeting No. 405 on the 24 August 2016. It affects land at 66-90 Bena Road, Korumburra. The plan is available at page 129 of the Council minutes. As set out in Development Plan Overlay - Schedule 6 which applies to the land, any subdivision of the land at 66-90 Bena Road, Korumburra must be generally in accordance with an approved development plan for the area.
