South Coast Community Leadership Program

The South Coast Community Leadership Program is a free six-month course with workshops and individual reflection tasks. All of this is designed to help community members build their leadership skills, explore new ways of leading, and connecting with other like-minded local people.

The Program is a partnership between Bass Coast Shire Council and South Gippsland Shire Council. This comprehensive Program focuses on growing leadership opportunities throughout South Gippsland and Bass Coast.

The program for 2025 is currently underway with community members from across South Gippsland and Bass Coast participating and will finish in August this year.
