Kim and Jay have been operating a 45 acre propertyfor a number of years. Being dairy country, they had always just had cows in the paddocks, but after traveling around in a campervan in Australia for four years doing seasonal work and getting experience in regenerative farming, they decided to diversify.
In August last year - in the middle of COVID - they decided to start a small-scale organic market garden farm. They now stock many local venues and farmers' markets. They are looking forward to growing their businesses even more and bringing the community together around nutritious produce (and beautiful flowers) while helping mother nature.
