Access and Inclusion Advisory Committee

The South Gippsland Access and Inclusion Advisory Committee provides guidance to Council to improve access, inclusion and equity across South Gippsland. The Committee also contributes to future planning, specifically in the delivery of the Municipal Public Health and Wellbeing Plan 2025 to 2029 and the South Gippsland Access and Inclusion Action Plan 2026 to 2030.

The Committee is made up of no more than 15 Committee members and consists of a Councillor representative, community members with lived experience of barriers to access and inclusion, and organisational representatives who work with access and inclusion issues. It is supported by the Community Development team.
