Proposal

Amendment C126 proposes to amend the Schedule to Clause 43.01 (Heritage Overlay) and incorporate a Statement of Significance in to the South Gippsland Planning Scheme for the ‘Aroyn’ homestead at 379 Lang Lang Poowong Road, Nyora (L12 LP148069B Parish of Lang Lang East), recognised to have ‘Local 1’ significance as identified in the South Gippsland Heritage Study 2004.

Amendment C126 has received three submissions, one requesting changes and two providing unconditional support. Council will now consider the Amendment Submission Report at the Ordinary Council Meeting on 15 September 2021.

Subsequently, they may decide to change the amendment documents in response to the received request for changes or alternatively refer the amendment to Planning Panels Victoria for review.
