The Foster War Memorial Arts Centre is the central meeting place for the Foster & District communities where performing arts, events, commemoration and local groups are supported to have the ideal experience. The facility is sustainably managed and enhanced over time. The Centre is managed by a Community Asset Committee. Each Committee has an Instrument of Delegation outlining their role and responsibilities. |
