Community Directory - Yooralla - Community Hub Leongatha

Yooralla's Community Hubs provide day services to adults and young people to support a range of lifestyle skills and to promote choice and independence. Support is offered on a long-term basis and are planned to complement the individual’s existing informal supports – such as family, friends and other community members - to maximise opportunities for participation within the community. The Community Hubs provide a range of activities and programs facilitated within Yooralla premises or within the community.
