Planning Scheme Amendments - Amendment C119sgip

Amendment C119sgip proposes to update the Erosion Management Overlay Schedule 1. It does this by replacing the existing mapped areas of Environmental Significance Overlay Schedule 5 with the Erosion Management Overlay Schedule 1 to protect areas susceptible to erosion. The amendment aims to improve erosion controls so that planning permits are required where erosion is more likely and not required where there is a low risk.

This amendment was approved at the Ordinary Council Meeting on Wednesday 17 April 2024. You can view the Meeting Minutes and copies of the submissions here.
