Update: 20 June 2025Council has received the report of the Independent Planning Panel on the submissions received to the amendment. The Panel recommend that Amendment C-131 be approved, and the planning permit issued for the subdivision of the land. A recommendation will be made at the July Ordinary Council Meeting that C-131 be adopted by Council and submitted to the Minister for Planning for Approval. |
