Waste and Recycling FAQs - Who can have a kerbside collection service?

Council provides the standard kerbside collection service to residential properties within all built up township areas.

If you have a new property in a township area, contact us to set up your waste service by calling 5662 9200 or completing this online form.

Commercial, other non-residential properties, and rural properties outside the township collection areas who are on truck routes and meet accessibility and safety requirements can also use Council’s waste service. Use our request form to apply for or cancel services for these properties.

Requests for services can only be made by the ratepayer. If you are a renter, please contact your real estate agent or property provider to discuss.
