Council adopted Amendment C65 at its Ordinary Council Meeting on Wednesday 27 April 2016. The Amendment has now been approved and is part of the South Gippsland Planning Scheme.

  • Rezone approximately 12ha of Farming Zone to the General Residential Zone 1
  • Apply a Development Plan Overlay to the larger site (see Explanatory Report); and
  • Remove the flood and erosion controls (Environmental Significance Overlays 5 & 6) from the land.
