Property Information
Once your property is found, if there are any mapping changes to flood overlays on your property the side bar will specify:
- what proposed controls apply and
- the study source (if relevant).
Note: If only part of your property is affected by the flood amendment, use the location
function to identify the flood affected area.
In the following example the portal shows how for 87 Stewart Street Port Welshpool:
- the Proposed FO1 – Floodway Overlay Schedule 1 applies and
- the study source is the Corner Inlet Dynamic Storm Tide Modelling Assessment, 2014.
A copy of the Overlays and their Schedules as well as the studies they are based on, are available on the project webpage underneath the mapping portal.
