  • Blocked drains or damaged kerb and channel.
  • Footpath maintenance.
  • Damaged or missing signs.
  • Feedback or a general enquiry.

Urgent Issues

For issues requiring immediate attention, please call our Customer Service team on 5662 9200. Urgent issues include:

  • Trees or branches on the road.
  • Milk or oil spills.
  • Flooded roads or water over the road.
  • Other slippery surfaces that may require an emergency response.
  • Glass or debris on the road.
  • Broken stormwater pit lids.

VicRoads-managed Roads

If the road appears in the drop-down list on the form, it is managed by VicRoads. You should contact them directly by:

  • Calling 13 11 70; or
  • Using the VicRoads 'Report a Road Issue' service.

If the road is not listed, select 'Next' to continue and submit your request to Council.
