Please use this request type if you would like to:

• Change your residential or postal address.
• Change an individual name on a rate notice.
• Change a company name on a rate notice.
• Request adjoining property owner details for fencing purposes.
• Request a copy of a rate notice.
• Request a payment plan for your rates notice.

Each form will ask for your property address, current details, new details and to provide any support documents relevant to the change so please have those ready. You may be contacted if further information or verification is required.
