Leongatha and Nyora Recreation Reserve Lighting Projects

South Gippsland Shire Council is facilitating and administering the upgrade of the existing sports floodlighting systems at both the Leongatha Recreation Reserve and Nyora Recreation Reserve. The upgraded LED sports flood lighting will be to 150-lux standard.

This project is being funded by multiple contributors, including:

  • Sport and Recreation Victoria
  • Financial contributions from the sporting clubs at each reserve
  • South Gippsland Shire Council

The upgraded lighting systems will improve safety, extend playing and training opportunities, and support greater community participation.
