A fun fundamental movement program and social opportunity that aims to help you improve your mobility, strength, balance and coordination; the activities in our classes can be catered to you and your needs! The class includes games, obstacle courses and other stretch and strength activities.

Wednesday 15 10.00am Come and Try Pickleball

Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis, played on a badminton-sized court with a slightly lowered net.

Wednesday 15 2.00pm Dumbalk Dancers -  Dancing and Afternoon Tea 
Dumbalk Hall, 29-31 Farmers Rd

Dancing to older dances, Pride of Erin, Evening 3 step and new vogue dances, Alpha , Emmadale, Waltz Across Texas, sometimes even a Nutbush, while enjoying the company of a great group of people. Afternoon tea is at 3.00pm, and is an essential part of the afternoon. The music is very easy listening.

Come and try table tennis. Keen-agers is a group who meet every Tuesday and Thursday for a hit. All abilities and skill levels welcome.

Grandparents Baby Rhyme Time
Mirboo North Library, 35 Ridgway, Mirboo North
A special Storytime edition at Mirboo North Library themed around Grandparents. Children learn words and develop language skills from the songs, stories and conversations we share. This special seniors edition encourages all grandparents and special caregivers to attend with their young chidren (sessions aimed at preschoolers aged 1-5 years however older and younger children are always welcome). Breastfeeding and friendly space and positively engaging with eachither is much more important than keeping quiet, however children must be supervised at all times.
- Morning Tea is provided. Patrons with food allergies are asked to please advise lbrary staff of any concerns prior to the event.

Jon us at the Korumburra Library for a free Author Talk with Rose Capp about her Book 'Demystifying Dementia: Everything you need to know'. In this book, Rose Capp, aged-care specialist and educator, policy advisor and choir-director, shows us how to see the world from the perspectives of people living with dementia.

An open day for the Meeniyan and District Historical Society (MaDHS) at the newly built Community Hub.We will invite Senior citizens of Meeniyan to attend the open day, asking a few attendees to present on their Meeniyan history.
