Recruitment Time Frames

Recruitment Process Estimated Time Frame
Advertising period Up to two and a half weeks.
Short Listing One to two weeks.
Interviewing and Selection One to two weeks.
Offers of Employment One to five days.
Correspondence to unsuccessful candidates One week after completion of interview and selection process.
