Each year, Council takes part in the Victorian Government's Community Satisfaction Survey - an independent survey that gives residents a direct say in how your council is performing.

The results help Council understand what it's doing well and where it can do better. Please be assured that your details and individual responses are confidential. Only the overall results are shared with Council.

The survey is conducted by Arcadia Social Research, an independent Australian research company engaged by South Gippsland Shire Council. Arcadia Social Research operates under the professional code of conduct of the Research Society and holds ISO 20252 international accreditation for market and social research.
