Planned Burn - Koonwarra Bushland Reserve

A planned burn is scheduled for Thursday 2 April 2026 in Koonwarra Bushland Reserve (weather & resources permitting).

The Reserve will closed to the public during and following the burn. The location of the proposed burn is outlined in the red burn block on the map below.

The prescribed burn will be conducted by the Country Fire Authority (CFA) on behalf of South Gippsland Shire Council and in accordance with the relevant fire management plans.
