Chair of the CEO Employment and Remuneration Committee

Council is seeking proposals from suitably qualified consultants to undertake this important role.

Council manages the employment and review of the performance of Council’s CEO via the CEO Employment & Remuneration Committee. 

Council is seeking quotes for the position of Independent Chairperson from suitably experienced and qualified individuals for a period of two years, with the option of two one-year extensions. 

The Committee is an advisory committee to the Council and meets at least twice per year (typically in February and in August).
