Your Caddy is Coming

Caddy Delivery Published Thursday, 28th May 2026

From Monday 1 June, caddies (and new bins where required) will be delivered as part of the new kerbside waste collection service mandated by the Victorian Government.

Here's what you're going to get:

  • A 7-litre lockable kitchen caddy.
  • Two rolls of 100 caddy liners (AS4736 certified compostable).
  • An envelope that includes an information brochure, an overview of the changes that are happening and a new kerbside waste collection calendar.

Technicalities of the Deliveries

In residential areas, your new caddy will be placed inside your property line (a.k.a. not on the nature strip). If you have a fence and shut gate, it will be placed over your fence.

In some areas, you may be receiving a bin too. Your caddy will be cable tied to your bin and left at your gate or within your property line.

When will it be delivered?
