Present to Council

Provide an update and present to Councillors about something that matters to you or your community.

Hourly sessions to present to Council are held on the first Wednesday of each month from 2.00pm.

• 4 February — Leongatha.
• 4 March — Venus Bay / Tarwin Lower.
• 1 April — Leongatha.
• 6 May — Leongatha.
• 3 June — Loch.
• 5 August — Leongatha.
• 2 September — Port Welshpool.
• 7 October — Leongatha.
• 4 November — Leongatha.
• 2 December — Leongatha.

Expressions of Interest to present to Council must be submitted by the 20th of the month prior to the requested presentation date. For example, if you wish to attend the 1 April session, you would need to submit your request by 20 March.

Before you submit your request, you must ensure you comply with our Presenting to Council Guidelines. Requests that do not comply may not be approved.

Please Note: The Mayor and Chief Executive Officer will review all appointment requests prior to them being scheduled. Council officers may attend depending on the topic.
