Summary of Candidate Information Requests

As part of Council’s requirement to adopt an election period policy, it must also include procedures to ensure that access to information held by Council is made equally available and accessible to candidates during the election (refer Local Government Act 1989, section 93B(3)(c)). The following information summarises requests that were made by candidates in the lead up to and in the caretaker period.
