Groups

Groups

Group sessions are offered through the Maternal and Child Health Service. The groups offered within our service include:

- First Time Parent Groups: offered to all first time parents to help new parents build connections within their community.

- INFANT: a program that supports families by focusing on infant nutrition, feeding and active play to give babies the best start to life.

- Circle of Security: a parenting program supporting children’s emotional needs, and seeing the communication behind the child’s behaviour.
