How to Record Immediate Works (Damages)

  1. Always Sync at start of day or shift.
  2. Select Damages.
  3. Click the 3 dots in the top right for settings and select the correct event.
  4. Click the + button to add new damages.
  5. Follow through the mandatory fields listed (explained in the next page).
  6. If Possible, add approx. length, width and depth of damage to be rectified.
  7. Chainage and Location will automatically enter your current location.
  8. Click Map and move the Pin by holding and dragging if your current location is not accurate.
  9. Add images – Only take images using the app by clicking new photo, use photo and select Stage. Please note Damage photos are known as “Post-Disaster_Photos”.
  10. Continue taking photos along the length of damage. Click the round arrows to update chainage and location at the end of length of damage.
  11. Enter approx. Rectification Costs (if possible).
  12. Add the most applicable Standard Treatments.
  13. SAVE.
  14. Sync again when in range at least once per day at end of shift.
