Council minutes from predecessor Councils prior to 1994 are available through the Public Record Office Victoria (PROV) website. Please note that these records have been permanently transferred to PROV, and any enquiries regarding access should be directed to them. All records are in a physical format. Scanning by PROV to access any documents digitally may be possible depending on the condition and format of the record. However, this service may require a fee to be paid to PROV.
